Are your products safe for human use?
No. All products sold by Pep Rally Peptides LLC are strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption under any circumstances. Our products are not drugs, supplements, or food products and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human use.
Who can purchase from Pep Rally Peptides?
Our products are intended for purchase by qualified research professionals, scientists, and laboratory personnel for legitimate in vitro research applications only. By purchasing from our website you confirm you are at least 21 years of age and are purchasing solely for research purposes.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. All products sold by Pep Rally Peptides LLC undergo third-party analytical testing through Janoshik Analytical Laboratory including HPLC purity verification, identity confirmation, endotoxin testing, and sterility testing. Certificates of Analysis are available on our Lab Results page.
What purity are your peptides?
All peptides are tested to a minimum of ≥98% purity via HPLC analysis. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis with exact purity results are available on our Lab Results page.
How do I know which peptide is right for my research?
We recommend reviewing peer-reviewed literature available through PubMed and other scientific databases for information on specific compounds and their research applications. Our product pages include molecular specifications and research background for each compound. We are unable to provide research guidance or recommendations.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and 300+ other cryptocurrencies. We also accept Cash App payments to $PepRallyPeptides. Credit and debit card processing is coming soon.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
At checkout select the cryptocurrency payment option. You will receive a payment link via email within 1 hour. Complete payment within 24 hours to secure your order. Visit our payment instructions page for full details.
How do I pay with Cash App?
At checkout select the Cash App payment option. Open Cash App and send your exact order total to $PepRallyPeptides. Include your order number in the payment note. Your order will be fulfilled once payment is confirmed. Visit our payment instructions page for full details.
How long do I have to complete payment?
All orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours and inventory is released back to stock.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed through NOWPayments — a secure encrypted payment processor. We never store or have access to your payment credentials. Cash App transactions are processed entirely through Cash App's secure platform.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has shipped cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately at contact@peprallypeptides.com if you need to cancel an order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship domestically within the United States only. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped USPS Priority Mail delivers in 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?
All peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain temperature integrity during transit. Vials are individually wrapped in protective material to prevent breakage during shipping.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All orders ship in plain outer packaging with no indication of contents on the outside of the package. The return address will show Pep Rally Peptides LLC.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us at contact@peprallypeptides.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if your package has not arrived, or immediately upon receipt if your order arrives damaged. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
What happens if my peptide vial arrives warm?
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods. A vial that has been at room temperature during 2-3 day domestic shipping is still viable. Store immediately at -20°C upon receipt. If you have concerns about a specific shipment contact us at contact@peprallypeptides.com.
Storage & Handling
How should I store peptides upon arrival?
All peptides should be stored at -20°C (-4°F) immediately upon receipt. Lyophilized peptides remain stable for up to 24 months when stored properly at -20°C in a sealed vial away from light and moisture. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles as this may degrade peptide integrity.
How long do peptides remain stable?
Lyophilized freeze-dried peptides stored at -20°C remain stable for up to 24 months in a sealed vial. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water for laboratory use solutions should be kept refrigerated at 4°C and used within 4-6 weeks. Discard any solution that appears cloudy, discolored, or has been stored beyond recommended timeframes.
What should I use to reconstitute peptides?
For laboratory reconstitution researchers typically use bacteriostatic water to maximize solution stability. Sterile water may also be used however solution stability is significantly reduced. Always use aseptic technique when handling research compounds.
Why is my GHK-Cu powder blue?
GHK-Cu Copper Peptide has a characteristic blue color due to the copper complex — this is completely normal and expected. It does not indicate any quality issue with the product.
Can I store peptides in a regular freezer?
A standard household freezer set to 0°F (-18°C) is acceptable for short-term storage. For optimal long-term stability a dedicated -20°C freezer is recommended. Avoid storing peptides in the freezer door where temperature fluctuations are more common.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened sealed products in original packaging. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research compounds we cannot accept returns on opened vials or products that cannot be verified as properly stored. What if I received the wrong product?
Please contact us immediately at contact@peprallypeptides.com with your order number and photos of what you received. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
How long do refunds take?
Once a return is received and inspected refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What does For Research Use Only mean?
For Research Use Only (RUO) means our products are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and are not approved for human or veterinary use. They are not drugs, supplements, or food products. This designation means the products have not undergone the clinical trials required for FDA approval for therapeutic use.
Are research peptides legal to buy?
Research peptides sold as RUO compounds for legitimate laboratory research are legal to purchase in the United States. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of research compounds.
Do you sell for human use?
