1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Pep Rally Peptides LLC ("Pep Rally Peptides," "we," "us") are strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes only. Products are not intended or sold for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, or any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and no product sold by Pep Rally Peptides has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified research professional and that you are purchasing these compounds solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes. You further confirm that you will not resell, redistribute, or provide any product for human or animal use, and that you are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, correct pricing errors, or cancel any order at any time prior to shipment, including after an order confirmation has been issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled automatically. When making payment, you are responsible for remitting the exact order total and including your order number so that payment can be matched to your order. Payments submitted without an identifying order number may be delayed or unmatched, and we are not responsible for delays arising from incomplete payment information.

Certain payment methods we accept, including cryptocurrency and peer-to-peer payment applications, are irreversible. You acknowledge that payments made using these methods cannot be reversed or refunded except at our sole discretion as described in Section 6.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, seizure, or non-delivery caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or any other party outside our control.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, importation, and possession of any product complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that any product may be lawfully imported into or possessed in any particular jurisdiction.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or otherwise handled products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us at contact@peprallypeptides.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographic documentation. Approved claims may be resolved, at our sole discretion, by replacement or refund. Refunds, where issued, are returned using the original payment method where practicable.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number in connection with an order, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Pep Rally Peptides relating to that order, including a secure link to complete payment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies by order. You will typically receive up to 3 messages per order.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile Information Non-Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product is suitable for any particular research application.

Any analytical data, certificates of analysis, or purity information provided is furnished for informational purposes and relates only to the specific batch tested.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pep Rally Peptides LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of any product, however caused and under any theory of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You expressly acknowledge that any use of a product in a manner inconsistent with Section 1 is undertaken entirely at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability arising from such use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pep Rally Peptides LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your purchase, handling, use, or misuse of any product, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and analytical data, is the property of Pep Rally Peptides LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
